For his new project "Vivan los Musicos", Nacho Mastretta has met again with the same band that he has been playing and recording with for the last ten years, putting the focus on the musical experience and the joy of playing live together. Ten musicians from four countries and two different generations, sharing music together, that is Vivan los Musicos, nothing more, nothing less.

The compositions Mastretta wrote for the band aim to enhance the personality of each musician and the collective improvisation, so through musical dialogue and personal collaboration, the original score is further developed in order to reach new scopes of emotion and surprise which reaches it’s height when the music is played live.

Music that is passionately alive, able to build new landscapes that flows from dawn to dusk, music to celebrate, to dance, to love. Music full of spices, breezes and waves. Music that stimulates all senses, where it’s not the ear but the imagination what is needed to get into it and let the sound work inside of us with the precision of a clock that doesn’t give the time away but emotions. The honest friendship that glued the band is the secret that at the end of the day makes every concert a celebration.
